Preview: Cave Dwellers

 

A former actress, a clown, a worn-out fighter and a young girl. Not the start of a great joke, but the four main characters of Cave Dwellers, written by William Saroyan and directed by Shepard Sobel this weekend only in the Greer Garson Theatre main stage. This dark comedy follows the lives of homeless people, some famous, some not, who make the best of each of their individual issues while trying to stay warm and fed in an abandoned theatre. Performance will run Oct. 3 and 4 at 7 p.m., and Oct. 5 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 for the general public and  $5 for students.
