Omar Pedroza, a junior photography student, spends a lot of time in the studio late on Sunday nights. He shoots on Sundays because he has a job and an gallery internship during the week. On this particular Sunday night, Pedroza is shooting a pocket watch for his Lighting II assignment. “We have to capture different exposures and composite them in photoshop.”  Pedroza’s interest in photography began because “I wasn’t good at things like math, so I decided to become good at art, which unfolded into photography. I just feel like I’m meant to do it.”
