Being Mindful

With the pressures of finals week approaching, many of SFUAD’s students and staff are STRESSED!  Not, however, the members of David Grey’s Artful Awareness class. On the weekend of April 25, students and guests gathered at Vallecitos Mountain Ranch for a  wilderness retreat. Vallecitos Mountain Ranch is a wilderness learning and retreat center located in the Tusa mountains and west of Taos in northern New Mexico. Participants in the retreat, led by David Grey, had the weekend to practice mindfulness, meditation, contemplation, and above all relax for awhile.
