Studio Arts Senior Samantha Fe Ripoll takes a break from a hectic week preparing to submit to the Center for Contemporary Arts’ “Crying out Loud” show by the March 5 deadline. The juried show explores women’s power through the use of art. Ripoll, a ceramist, is both excited and terrified to submit her work. But she remains passionate about and faithful to her craft. “If there is no passion or faith, then why are we doing this? Faith is what holds me up.”
