Scrub A-dub
When students enter the cafeteria, they see stacks of shining white plates, bowls and numerous utensils positioned carefully near each food station. The man responsible for all of those clean dishes: Carlos Perraza. He rinses the dishes and places them on special trays in preparation for a hot sanitary wash. Perraza has been working with Bon Appetit since May 2016.
