Third Times the Charm
Jackalope met up with Lisa Ealy at the Transfer Fair that was held in Folgelson Library April 20. Ealy is a photography junior who will need to transfer to a new school for the Fall 2017 semester. Ealy is not new to this situation, as she previously transferred from Southwest University of Visual Arts (Albuquerque, New Mexico) to SFUAD. When she was asked how the transferring process was going she said “SFUAD is very willing to help. They are more focused and dedicated on trying to help the students and you can see that because faculty are here. They are very welcoming.” Ealy is looking into going to the New Hampshire Institute of Art or possibly the University of New Mexico because she currently lives in Albuquerque. SFUAD will host a second transfer fair for students 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday, April 26 in Fogelson Library.
