Matthew Anderson is a senior photography major with a concentration in gallery practices. As a local student from Monte del Sol Charter School, Anderson came to SFUAD on the recommendation of a favorite high school teacher. Additionally, Anderson was looking for a program that excelled in alternative processes in photography. He is especially grateful for his mother and grandparents who nourished his artistic talents from a young age. He attended the Georgia O’Keeffe Boy’s Leadership Program from 8 through 13-years-old, which greatly assisted his artistic path. After graduation, Anderson plans on attending community college and obtaining an associate of art’s degree in graphic design. He also plans to stay in the Santa Fe area.
