A Final Film
Santa Fe University of Art Design film students Jordyn Gregory, La’ Charles Trask and Annabel Durst are producing their last film during their senior year. A psychological thriller, Hear Me Out is about a mixed group of friends that reunite for a weekend in a Texas AirBnB, danger descends through the cabins landline. The film is a joint collaboration of passionate students and alumni as a last effort to create a short film before SFUAD closes in May, 2018. Participants include SFUAD alumnus Jordyn Aquino in the lead role and senior cinematographer Philip Hoang as well as various other student volunteers. Currently, Hear Me Out is in early stages of production with the producers filming the trailer for the film to help raise $4,000. Filming is expected to start in March 2018. “The school is closing and this is our opportunity to come together as a family in an attempt to create a legacy not only at SFUAD but in Santa Fe as well, ” Trask says.
