Student Spotlight: Sasha Hill

Sasha Hill is a Santa Fe University of Art and Design senior photography major concentrating in commercial photography. Originally from Beattyville, KY, Hill chose to attend SFUAD after serving 11 years in the Navy. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters, six-year-old Alethia, and Zephyra, who is five months old. Hill found a calling for photography while serving in the military. Some of her travels included Sicily, Italy, Europe and Virginia. After graduation in Spring, 2018, Hill plans to start a photography business focusing on family and baby portraits here in Santa Fe. Hill also plans to apply to Southwestern College in Santa Fe for a master’s degree in art therapy and counseling and eventually would like to teach young kids.
