Charlie Stevenson, a freshman studio arts major, practices slacklining for his upcoming NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) trip this summer. Slacklining refers to the act of balancing along a tight, flexible piece of webbing, usually low to the ground and anchored between two trees.
