Bang Bite now has a permanent food truck called The Filling Station on SFUAD campus located near the Film School and Kennedy Hall. The mobile unit will be supplementing cafeteria hours for breakfast lunch and dinner.

In celebration of Fat Tuesday, the Bon Appetit cooks put together Bananas Foster for the students during lunch. This Louisiana classic is pan seared cinnamon bananas served on top of vanilla ice cream.
