Spring Awakening

Spring is upon us once again. And, unless one has allergies, it is a time of pure happiness. The days last longer and the sun is getting warm. Flowers of all colors pop out from nowhere and the trees become green. Butterflies and other insects crawl out from their hiding place to embrace this time with us.
Students and faculty have experienced the spring awakening this past week at campus. We see the new colors; we wear fewer clothes; people lie on the grass at the quad and eat their lunch outside; birds are constantly tweeting; the bikes at the DFC are all rented out and people in general seem to be a little happier than usual. This week, Jackalope photographers capture signs of spring.
